How to resolve your problem:

• If you are not registered: You can register with USMS online: http://registration.usms.org/ Register online and fax your registration card to 617-933-7605.
• If you owe a signed entry waiver: Download a new entry form, fill it out with your name and team, and sign at the bottom. Fax to 617-933-7605.
• If you owe a copy of your USMS card: Fax to 617-933-7605.
• If you owe money: Mail it to NE LMSC SCY Entries, PO Box 380782, Cambridge MA 02238
• If you owe seed times, email to nelmscscy@meetresults.com.

On all communication, please include your name, team, and indicate clearly that you are responding to the problem list.

You will not be entered into the meet until all problems are resolved.
If the meet becomes full before your problem is resolved, your entry may be rejected.
